Marina Fossati was born from the will of the homonymous founder of continuing the artisan tradition of her father, a carpenter of the Teatro alla Scala in Milano, in a field more appropriate to her: the fashion jewel.

Following the trends of the time and with the introduction of futuristic materials, her creations of rings, brooches, necklaces, bracelets, ranged from plastics to worked metals, using crystals, semi-precious stones, pearls, corals and ivories.

Moved by the ambition to always make new and original accessories, supported by an extraordinary technical ability, Marina began to collaborate with the most renowned Italian designers in the years of their debut.

The increasing success led her in 1973 to open her own space in Milan, in Via Gesù 15.designers in the years of their debut.

Throughout her life, Marina Fossati proudly defended her role as a craftswoman, proud to have thus been able to continue the family tradition and have successfully adapted it to her spirit.
